Our Brand and Marketing team is looking for a creative, dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead a new transformational project spearheaded by one of The Trust’s Goodwill Ambassadors and supported by corporate and government funders, to develop and deliver a long-term national awareness campaign to drive thousands of mentors to take action to support young people’s futures.
The key aspects of the role include:
- Leading the marketing strategy and optimising campaign management
- Developing and delivering owned, earned and paid marketing tactics
- Using data to recommend outreach adjustments to respond to operational need in real-time
- Working with prominent stakeholders to maximise opportunities
- Line managing one Marketing Executive
The role is ideal for you if you’re:
- Adept at building senior stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in and manage expectations
- Comfortable working with agencies, designers and partners to fulfil project needs
- Effective at developing multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing materials
- Can use performance reports and trends data to influence decisions to advance The Trust’s goals
