The King's Trust is seeking a Head of Business Development – Employment Partnerships to lead the strategy and delivery of high-value corporate partnerships that create sustainable job opportunities for young people. You will own a Β£600k+ income target, shape a 24-month pipeline and collaborate with design, delivery and fundraising teams.

This leadership role requires a commercially minded, relationship-driven leader with a proven track record of securing partnerships and engaging senior stakeholders.
