Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception for young people, staff and visitors over the phone and in person.
- Ensure a positive first impression and support young people by ensuring that our Centre operates safely and efficiently.
- Manage delivery space, facilities compliance and control office equipment and supplies.
- Assist young people when they arrive at our Centre.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of the challenges faced by young people in our target groups
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing demands
