Salary: £26,936.00 to £28,050.00, dependent on skills, knowledge and experience

Location: On-site at our South London Centre, London, SE1 8EG

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Centre Coordinator to join our team in our South London Centre on a 12-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will provide a warm and welcoming reception for young people, staff and visitors over the phone and in person, ensuring a positive first impression.

You will indirectly support young people by ensuring that our Centre operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing delivery space, facilities compliance and controlling office equipment and supplies. Having previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.

To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of the challenges young people within our target groups face, and be able to assist them when they arrive at our Centre. Planning and organisational skills are a must, as no two days are the same and you will interact with everyone who works in the Centre.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by young people in our target groups
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing demands
