Delivery Manager Capability Lead

At The King’s Trust, we believe that great leadership creates life‑changing opportunities for young people. As our Delivery Manager Capability Lead, you’ll play a key role in strengthening management and leadership across our Delivery function, ensuring managers have the skills, confidence and support they need to lead high‑performing, inclusive teams.

This role is for an experienced Organisational/People Development professional who is passionate about building capability, driving positive change and turning insight into meaningful action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use data, feedback and organisational insight to identify leadership capability needs and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the People and Learning team to make recommendations based on data analysis and support the creation and delivery of sustainable and effective solutions.
  • Embed inclusive leadership behaviours and approaches into management development, supporting the ambition to become one of the UK’s most equal, diverse and inclusive organisations.
  • Evaluate impact, using evidence and feedback to continuously improve leadership capability and effectiveness.

Location

Any UK Trust office – a minimum of three days a week with willingness to travel to other centres when required.

Contract

Fixed Term for 6 months from the start date. Full time, 35 hours per week.

Salary

£29,290‑£36,612 (National) or £33,000‑£41,256 (London). Salary depends on location, current salary, skills, knowledge and experience.
