Key Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a confident and dynamic individual to join our Business Support team, working in a fast-paced environment you will be the first point of contact for customers, you will need to ensure all administration tasks are completed within set time frames and you will also be working with Account Managers to address, identify and resolve issues affecting customer service and account profitability.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Preparing completed jobs for invoicing purposes - via our CRM system.
  • Assisting Installation team by preparing Installation packs for key customer
  • Logging of Service/Installation calls on our CRM system.
  • Working from various databases - Protean, Web based programs, MS Office.
  • Keeping our CRM system information up to date. Creating, updating, and closing customer accounts.
  • Chasing of Installation and Service departments to make sure jobs are complete within timeframes and Customer SLAs.
  • Development of relationships and point of contact with key customer - liaising directly via e-mail and telephone.
  • Working alongside the client Account Managers/key stakeholders to address, identify and resolve issues affecting customer SLA’s and account profitability.
  • Liaising with various department within business to create reports from our CRM system for our clients.
  • Liaising with Customer Service department to aid in resolving any Customer complaints.
  • Assisting credit control on account queries
  • Provide annual leave cover for wider Departmental team when required.

Requirements

Essential requirements for the job:

  • High level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive approach to meeting the demands of key customers.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work on an individual basis as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non - technical clients.
  • Excellent use of written and spoken English language
  • Customer facing skills in regular administration and Invoicing reviews.

Desirable requirements for the job:

  • Ability to be able to Problem Solve
  • Previously worked in an Administration role
