Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum inclusive of holiday pay

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has great attention to detail and wants to gain valuable experience in a busy school environment.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll support the day-to-day running of the School Office, assisting with administration, pupil records, reception duties, communications and a variety of school events and projects.

We're looking for someone who has strong organisational and IT skills, enjoys working as part of a team, communicates confidently and is keen to learn new systems and processes. Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential; we'll provide training and support for the right candidate.

Contract: Full-time, Term Time plus 3 weeks (to support holiday working arrangements i.e. the Head PA's holiday - split with the Office Administrator, also on term-time + 3 weeks).

Working Hours: 9:00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday with 30 min lunch break (to complement the hours of the Office Administrator, 8.00am-4.30pm, and ensures reception and office cover is maintained throughout the school day). Alternate Saturdays 8:30-12:30pm to cover Saturday school requirements.
