Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the daily operation of the dining hall, ensuring a welcoming and efficient meal service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Lead a team to provide catering services for pupils, staff and guests during all internal and external functions.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and resource allocation to meet the demands of peak times.
- Implement and uphold the school's safeguarding and welfare commitments within the dining environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior supervisory or hospitality experience in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities, able to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Team player with a commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
