The King’s School is seeking a highly organised and personable 13/14+ Admissions Officer to join our Admissions team. As the first point of contact for families exploring entry into Year 9 and Year 10, you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective pupils and parents through every stage of the admissions journey.

You will manage the full admissions process from initial enquiry and registration to assessment, offers, and enrolment. You’ll build positive relationships with families and feeder schools, coordinate key admissions events such as Taster Days, and support the planning of Open Mornings that showcase life at King’s.

Working alongside experienced admissions professionals, you will liaise with internal departments, assist with UKVI compliance for overseas applicants, and maintain accurate records within our iSAMs database (training provided).
