Our client, a leading Investment Management company based in Edinburgh, is looking for a skilled Facilities & Mail Operative to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment, delivering high-quality print and mail services.
Hours: Shifts between 7.00am-6.00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support loading bay (goods-in, mail handling)
- Carry out courier bookings (same day & International DHL)
- Stationery hub replenishment ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and consumables at all times
- Desk deliveries and some repro and finishing (experience of guillotines, laminators, folders, creasers and comb/wire binding machines would be ideal)
- Must be physically fit as there will be some lifting involved
- Deliver a high-standard print and mail service that consistently meets SLAs and client specifications
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience in a print and mailroom environment is essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexible, proactive, and attentive to detail, with a can-do attitude
