Our client in London is seeking a Receptionist/Concierge Host to provide first-class service to all visitors, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
• Check meeting rooms according to policies, assist staff with Teams calls and Clickshare setup
• Conduct floor walks, report maintenance issues, spillages, and low stock levels in bathrooms and kitchens
• Manage desk usage with Condeco, and monitor service and usage reports
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of client areas
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience in concierge, reception, or front-of-house roles preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
