Our client in London is looking for a Receptionist/Concierge Host to provide a first class service to all guests visiting the company, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- To meet and greet all clients and visitors, offering a professional yet friendly greeting
- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service are being delivered
- Responsible for checking meeting rooms in line with policies and procedures and assist staff with setting up Teams calls and the use of Clickshare
- Conduct floor walks and report any maintenance faults, spillages and noting low stock levels in bathrooms & kitchen
- Advise, assist and monitor desk usage using Condeco
- Collate monthly and ad-hoc reports on service usage and services issues
- Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure that all client areas are kept tidy and presentable
- Other duties may be required as and when necessary
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in concierge/reception/front of house roles is desired
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
