Our client in London is seeking a Temporary Print & Mail Assistant to join their busy team. The role involves approximately 70% mail-related work and 30% print and finishing, supporting the smooth running of daily production and dispatch operations. To start Monday 10th November 2025, through to Christmas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the production, sorting, and dispatch of mail items
  • Prepare and process incoming and outgoing post, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Book and log all couriers, ensuring accurate and timely collections and deliveries
  • Operate a variety of digital print and finishing equipment
  • Completing all printing requests and ensuring all documents are quality checked
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all output meets required standards
  • Maintain an organised and tidy work area, following all health and safety guidelines
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a print and mailroom environment desirable
  • Excellent PC skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and flexible approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
