Our client in London is seeking a Temporary Print & Mail Assistant to join their busy team. The role involves approximately 70% mail-related work and 30% print and finishing, supporting the smooth running of daily production and dispatch operations. To start Monday 10th November 2025, through to Christmas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production, sorting, and dispatch of mail items
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing post, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Book and log all couriers, ensuring accurate and timely collections and deliveries
- Operate a variety of digital print and finishing equipment
- Completing all printing requests and ensuring all documents are quality checked
- Perform quality checks to ensure all output meets required standards
- Maintain an organised and tidy work area, following all health and safety guidelines
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a print and mailroom environment desirable
- Excellent PC skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail with a proactive and flexible approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
