Our law firm client is looking for a Receptionist/Office Services Assistant on a temporary basis to start immediately until end of November 2025.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Front of House duties
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Taking accurate messages and forwarding them to the appropriate individual or company
- Granting access to visitors via door entry system
- Monitoring and replenishing stock and toiletries across five office floors
- Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered to both clients and internal staff
Ideally you will have:
- A confident approach to work. A positive can-do attitude is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front-of-house role
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
