Temporary Legal Receptionist – London – 8.30am-5.00pm – Competitive rates of pay

Our prestigious City law firm client is seeking a highly professional and experienced Legal Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, starting on Monday 27 th October 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-facing role within a leading legal environment.

Please note: A valid and current DBS check will be required for this position, along with additional vetting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcoming and directing all clients and visitors upon arrival.
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently via the switchboard and redirecting them appropriately.
  • Responsible for meeting/greeting organising passes and directing to relevant host.
  • Booking, allocating, and maintaining meeting room schedules.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Ideally you will have

  • Previous experience in a similar Legal Receptionist or front-of-house role within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • A confident, proactive approach with a strong “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
