Our London Client requires a Print Production Assistant to work within a small team using Canon equipment to produce high volume B&W confidential reports and documents. These reports have a tight turnaround.
A high level of customer service is required from all team members demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Operation of Canon high volume black & white and colour equipment with Fiery RIPs to produce a range of printed materials.
- Print Finishing such as guillotine, booklet makers, paper drill, folding machines and all binding equipment.
- Processing work via a web based ordering system.
- Ensuring all documents are quality checked prior to handover to client.
- Liaising with customers and advising them on production queries via telephone, email or in-person.
- Comply with security and health and safety procedures and regulations.
Ideally you will have:
- A secure work history as the role requires high level vetting.
- Experience within a reprographic print environment desirable.
- Strong PC skills – Adobe Acrobat & Fiery would be an advantage.
- Clear communicator, good teamworking skills and the ability to multi-task.
