Our client in Reading requires a Facilities Assistant responsible for providing post, print, archiving, courier, porterage, and meeting room setup support to the department. Previous experience in a corporate office background is essential.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Sorting incoming/outgoing/internal post and regular delivery of post across the firm
  • Booking and arranging couriers as required
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies
  • Assisting with setting up meeting rooms (including moving furniture)
  • Delivering an efficient archive & retrieval service to clients
  • Liaising with off-site storage providers to process requests of records for delivery
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, and printing requirements
  • Covering reception as and when required

Ideally you will have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
