Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking an experienced Digital Reprographics Operator to join their on-site document production team.
You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of reprographics, printing, and document management services, ensuring all materials are produced to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain Canon 850 and Canon 900 printers, managing print workflows through PrismaPrepare.
- Produce, finish, and deliver documents to a consistently high standard and within strict deadlines.
- Oversee the scheduling, costing, and workflow of all print and scanning requests.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate inventory records.
- Ensure all work complies with copyright, data protection, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Provide support and cover for the Reprographics Supervisor when required.
- Previous experience in reprographics or print production, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Skilled in operating Canon print equipment and using PrismaPrepare.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
