Basic salary £23,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car with on target earnings of £45,000. Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5:30 pm and 9.00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays with 1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week). Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service.

In other words, they are looking for the consummate dealmaker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance. Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
