On target earnings on offer of £50,000. Also being offered is an impressive £28,000 to £30,000 basic salary + an initial 3 to 4 month guarantee with uncapped commission. In addition, you will have the option of a company car or car allowance.
This is a role for an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic Estate Agent seeking a responsible and well-paid role with a dynamic and growing business, where success, commitment and hard work are both recognised and rewarded - an excellent salary package awaits you if you match the description.
From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes. You will be working with a number of excellent offices and teams, covering Branch Managers in their absence. You will assume full responsibility for motivating the offices and providing the teams with direction and inspiration, as together you ensure company goals and targets are met.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. This is a great role to develop your management skills and help you move upwards on the career ladder.
Remuneration: Basic salary £28,000 to £30,000 with on target earnings of £50,000 plus company car or car allowance + private medical cover.
