Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for Estate Agents to develop their career with an established independent Estate Agents.
You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales, Valuations and Listings in your area. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Key objectives
Sales, Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards.
Experience
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this role
Remuneration
Basic salary to £18,000 with on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000.
