This well established and forward thinking independent Estate Agency are now looking to actively grow the business through sales and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance. You will be selling within prestigious areas in the locality and you will be supported by a first class Estate Agency brand with a superb reputation.

Remuneration

Successful candidates will be offered a basic salary of £16,000 with on target earnings of £32,000 with a superb commission structure. Candidates seeking part-time hours will be considered.

They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with ‘virtual’ sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the ‘right person came along’. In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance. The telephone is the prime selling tool and their new associate will have a great fondness for this old but essential aid.

Key responsibilities

From day one you will focus on the selling process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. Experience

The successful candidate will be a professional, smart and articulate individual.
