The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
This well-established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through sales and listings, enhancing the reputation of the company for quality and performance.
Basic salary to £25,000 plus £3,000 car allowance or company car with initial salary guarantee for 4 months followed by a lucrative productivity bonus scheme for a further 6 months as you build your pipeline. On target earnings £55,000 to £60,000.
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5:30 pm and 9.00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays with 1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week). Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service.
