Responsibilities:
- Build a strong network of clients
- Conduct property valuations and listings for both sales and lettings
- Oversee the sales and lettings process, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the industry
- Recruit, train and develop team members
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven successful experience valuing and listing properties both for Sale and To Let
- You must be a self-starter that is willing to go out there and grab the new business; you will be rewarded lucratively for your successful efforts
- Proven track record in exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems
- Passion for the property industry and a desire to succeed
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
