Subject to performance, this position is being offered with a very clear career path for you to take the helm as the Branch Manager. Initially, you will be the only staff member working within Residential Sales; however, you will have full support to grow the business which exists currently as a Residential Lettings business where the sales leads are plentiful.
The personal commission structure is very new business focused with 5% on listings.
