Our client is currently top of their game locally for sales and they are now looking to build on this local reputation by setting up a lettings department. They are looking for a talented individual with flair, drive and leadership skills to build the new department from scratch and will amply reward the right person.
You will be offered what can only be described as an outstanding remuneration package with a basic salary to £27,000 and an initial salary guarantee of £40,000 for the first 6 months as a minimum. On target earnings are £50,000+.
- Let commission 6%
- Listing commission 6%
- Lettings department income override of 3% - This will double to 6% if the Lettings department income reaches £20,000 in a month
- Mortgage referral 20%

In your capacity as Lettings Manager you will ensure everything is in place to provide the greatest customer service to both Landlords and Tenants. You will assume responsibility to bring new business to the table and grow the reputation of the business. Being comfortable with high rental properties is a definite advantage.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Residential Lettings industry is required, including rental valuations and a strong knowledge of all the processes and legislation involved with Residential Lettings. Ideally you will already be a Lettings Manager, but applications will be considered from ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiators.
Basic salary to £27,000 and an initial salary guarantee of £40,000 for the first 6 months as a minimum. On target earnings are £50,000+.
