We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager to take control of a grown property portfolio. This is a permanent full-time role.
£25,000 Basic Salary
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
A valid UK Driving Licence and own vehicle are essential for this role as you will inspect properties on occasion.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, including rent collection, maintenance requests, and tenant inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings for potential tenants.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare reports for landlords.
- Manage tenant leases and ensure all necessary documents are up to date.
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses and income.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Communicate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on local property laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist with marketing and advertising of vacant units.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.

- Previous experience in property management or administration is preferred.
