An established and well-respected independent Lettings Agency is now looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager.
Lettings Manager Profile: This is a role for a sharp, quick thinking Lettings expert with the personality and skill to provide leadership to a team and the ambition to produce strong levels of business.
Lettings Manager Responsibilities: In your capacity as Lettings Manager you will be the daily driver of the business and must be comfortable with setting targets and providing leadership, direction and inspiration through your own outstanding ability.
Lettings Manager Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Lettings industry is required at Senior Lettings Negotiator level or above and must include responsibility for take-ons.
Lettings Manager Remuneration: Basic salary £26,000. On target earnings are between £45,000 and £50,000.
