- Basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8.30am to 4.00pm with then a full day off in lieu (5 day working week).
- You should be working within Residential Property Management.
- Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance based issues on a property portfolio. Property Manager

- Managing maintenance issues reporting back to both the landlord and tenant.
- Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion.
- Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary.
- Authorise invoices and utility bills.
- Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence.
- Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns.
- Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able.
