The Role
We are seeking an Estate Agent Sales Manager to lead a residential sales department, currently consisting of two property consultants and an administrator. This is a player-manager role, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the day-to-day sales process while also developing and growing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive instructions, sales agreed, and completions
