Remuneration & Working Hours
Basic salary £35,000 per year. Working from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with all maintenance‑based issues on a portfolio of fully managed properties.
- Manage maintenance issues, reporting back to both landlord and tenant.
- Coordinate contractor diaries, ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely way.
- Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary.
- Authorize invoices and utility bills.
- Handle all landlord and tenant correspondence.
- Prepare check‑out reports and negotiate deposit returns.
- Address initial complaints at early stages when appropriate and able.
- Refer sales leads.
