Basic salary £22,750 plus £2,000 car allowance with initial salary guarantee with on target earnings of £36,750. Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays, with every other Saturday working (5 day working week). Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days, increasing with service.

Qualifications

  • Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
  • Proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property.
  • Experience as a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager.
  • Desire to advance career within the property sector.
