The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.
Please note: the remote aspect of this role refers to the fact that you will work from home 1 day per week. You will be office based 4 days per week near Epping and also in East London, with 1 day per week working from home (Monday to Friday only, no Saturdays). Please do not apply if you do not live within a 30-40 minute commute of any of these areas.
Negotiable Basic Salary up to £35,000. Realistic On Target Earnings £80,000 - £85,000+ (a strong broker should be able to pull 6 figures from this role easily). Other robust and lucrative lead sources with a vibrant and busy operation. Full admin support.
This is an employed role; however, a more lucrative and flexible self-employed package is also available. Please mention this if you would like to be considered for a self-employed package.
Our client, an independent Financial Services brokerage and forward-thinking operation, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their flourishing and expanding team. The role is diverse and will consist of roughly the following 5 days per week working pattern (to be discussed):
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (Saturdays optional but not essential)
- 2 days per week working from the main brokerage office near Epping
- 1 day per week working from home
- 2 days per week supporting 2 further offices who our clients are partnered with and who provide a very robust lead source

Qualification:
- CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 are required for this role, or equivalent mortgage sales qualifications
- You will ideally have experience of writing 8 mortgages per month, or higher
