- Working from 9.00am (you will be expected to arrive in the office by 8.45am) to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
- You would be expected to manage 200 properties efficiently and manage a full-time Property Manager and a part-time Assistant.
- You should be working within Residential Property Management.
- Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance based issues on a particular portfolio of fully managed properties.
- Managing maintenance issues reporting back to both the landlord and tenant.
- Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion.
- Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary.
- Authorise invoices and utility bills.
- Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence.
- Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns.
- Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able.
- Referral of sales leads.
