We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who will be part of a team of Property Managers jointly managing a portfolio of 200 properties.

You will work for a supportive company that encourages personal development and looks to support your career in the property industry.

  • Managing maintenance issues reporting back to both the landlord and tenant.
  • Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion.
  • Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary.
  • Authorise invoices and utility bills.
  • Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence.
  • Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns.
  • Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able.
  • Referral of sales leads.

A problem solver and someone who can diagnose basic repairs so as not to waste time.
