* Basic salary £25,000 plus a car allowance of £150 per month (£1,800) with on target earnings of £55,000. 5 days per week with alternate Saturdays.
* This is a Lettings Managers role in that while the responsibilities from day one will include both managerial and negotiator aspects, we are looking for someone to build their own team within a short time frame of 3 to 6 months and to make it your own department by building relationships, attending local events and networking so initially you would be doing all of the viewings and the listings.
* You will have full support as there is a very capable Property Manager coupled with strong admin and back office support.
* The existing managed portfolio currently sits at 300 properties.
* You will oversee the end-to-end lettings process, ensure compliance with current lettings legislation.. with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

* Manage all aspects of the lettings process from instruction to move-in.
* Conduct property rental valuations and viewings as required.
* Liaise with landlords and tenants.
* Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, deposit handling, and right-to-rent checks alongside.
* Keep up to date with changing legislation and implement necessary process changes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Work to agreed targets and KPI\’s, including lettings performance and occupancy rates.
* Coordinate with property management and accounts team as needed.
