Mortgage Performance and Development Manager Salary: £42,500 basic Bonus: £2,500 performance bonus Car Allowance: £4,000 Location: Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire Hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays and evenings We are recruiting an experienced Mortgage Performance and Development Manager to support a high‑performing Financial Services division during a period of continued growth. This newly created role is designed to strengthen advisor capability, enhance onboarding, and drive consistent performance across multiple branches. As the Mortgage Performance and Development Manager, you will work closely with regional leadership to coach, develop, and support Mortgage Advisors, ensuring they operate confidently within a structured T&C framework. You will play a key role in embedding new recruits, improving productivity, and elevating overall advisor performance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver onboarding and induction training for new Mortgage Advisors Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity, and protection penetration Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support Support branch integration and help embed new starters Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions Collaborate with regional managers, compliance teams and training leads Requirements: CEMAP qualified (or equivalent) Experience in coaching, onboarding or performance management Strong relationship‑building skills Confident working within a T&C framework Highly organised, resilient and able to thrive under pressure Full UK driving licence Why This Role Stands Out: This Mortgage Performance and Development Manager position offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to shape advisor success across a wide geographical area.
