This position has become available due to promotions within branch and initially the role will be a Senior Negotiator and Lister with a view to promotion to Assistant Manager.

- Experienced in valuing and taking properties onto the market.

Basic salary £30,000 and potentially negotiable PLUS £300 per month car allowance (£3,600) PLUS £115 per month fuel allowance (£1,380) so £4,980 in total with on target earnings of £50,000. Also on offer is a £40,000 salary guarantee for the first 4 months. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm and 9.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays (5 day working week).
