You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. - Managing your own business both in relation to profitability and business development
- Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
- Motivate, inspire, and manage your team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price
- Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market
- Work closely with your team and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers
