Estate Agent Valuer / Lister
- Basic salary: £24,000
- Car allowance: £2,500 or company car
- On target earnings: £45,000
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00‑5:30, Saturday 9:00‑5:00; 1 Saturday off in 3 (5‑day week)
- Annual leave: 33 days, increasing with service
- Scheme: Property Mark accredited Estate Agency
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Perform residential property valuations and create listings to grow the company’s market share.
- Champion residential property sales and listings, demonstrating strong deal‑making abilities.
- Utilise proven sales, valuation and listing experience to contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Previous Estate Agency experience essential.
- Track record of sales, valuation and listing of residential property.
- Roles such as Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager are encouraged to apply.
