Estate Agent Valuer / Lister * Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car with on target earnings of £45,000. * Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm and 9.00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays with 1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week). * Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service. * Property Mark accredited Estate Agency scheme. * This well established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through valuations and subsequent listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.
