Compensation

• Basic salary £18,000 per annum plus £150 per month car allowance.
• Salary guarantee of £2,000 net for the first four months.
• On‑target earnings £40,000 to £45,000.
• Commissions: 2.5% on valuations, 2.5% on sales, 1.25% on split sales, and 5% on listings.

Responsibilities

• Register buyers and match them to available properties.
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments.
• Arrange valuations.
• Negotiate offers.
• Secure referrals to Mortgage Brokers and Conveyancers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the estate agency industry.
• Demonstrated sales ability with a proven track record.
• Strong selling and closing skills.
