Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property? Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position? If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder we would like to hear from you. A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this role!

Are you an outstanding Estate Agent with the business acumen and charisma to become the most dominant Estate Agent in town? An established and ambitious independent Estate Agency are now looking for a multi skilled Estate Agent with strong selling and closing skills.

Scope:

You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales in your area. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Key objectives:

  • Sales of residential properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales

Remuneration:

£18,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience £2,000 per annum car allowance £40,000 - £42,000+ On Target Earnings

A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this role.
