Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Commission structure

  • 2.5% on any full sale - reduced to 1.25% if another team member conducts the viewing.
  • 2.5% on any valuation booked.
  • 5% on any listings if the opportunity arises.

Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities: From day one you will focus wholly on the selling process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. Requirements

  • They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with virtual sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the right person came along.
  • You will need to drive and have your own car.

Salary
