Description: Estate Agent Sales Manager / Property Valuer – Cold Start You will head a cold start Estate Agency Sales operation to help build it from the ground up. The business is already successful in the Lettings market and needs an experienced and seasoned Estate Agent to grab the bull by the horns and launch the sales arm of the business. £35,000 – £42,000 Basic Salary whilst you build the pipeline Once a pipeline is established, a commission package will put together and the basic salary will reduce appropriately – the package will be reshaped and will be fitting of your performance levels and achievements Company events Company pension Estate Agent Sales Manager / Property Valuer – Overview: Our clients are a family business who are very well established within the Residential Lettings/Property Management sector within the areas of Dartford/North Kent, Greenwich, Bexley/Belvedere/South East London areas. Due to a carefully planned expansion, they are now ready to expand into Residential Sales and are seeking a talented property professional who will be capable of taking the lead and beginning a structured marketing and property listing campaign in order to grow the sales business from scratch. This role has the scope to develop into a Branch Management capacity should you prove you have the ability to grow the business and take it to the next level.
