An OUTSTANDING personal listing commission structure awaits an experienced Lister with three thresholds dependent on bankings and starting at 10% and increasing to 12.5% and then 15%.
You will work in a pure listing role so you will not be expected to sell or sales progress as there are dedicated Sales Negotiators and a Sales Progressor, making this position a breath of fresh air for an Agent who loves to list.
The salary package on offer is equally impressive with a £25,000 basic salary and on target earnings of between £60,000 to £65,000, which is realistic.
