Description: Estate Agent Assistant Branch Manager Our clients, a very well established, well respected strong selling Agent, are seeking an experienced and skilled Estate Agent to join and assist with managing their team. If you are an experienced in this field, this is a perfect opportunity to grow your career and join a fantastic and vibrant operation. Experienced property valuers / listers are welcome to apply. The realistic opportunity to become the Branch Manager also exists within 12 months ore less, should this be a realistic aspiration of yours. If you are a viable future Branch Manager candidate, you will receive an initial 6 month guaranteed salary of £50,000 whilst you build your sales pipeline. The salary structure with this role is built differently to most agents but is more lucrative. After your guarantee period, you will be offered a basic salary £20,000 PLUS you will receive a percentage of the office completions and personal listings sold plus a further percentage of office completions if you hit your sales target. (Listing and sales targets are very realistic and achievable, so this in essence increases your basic salary value as the office always has a running pipeline that you will earn off). REALISTIC on target earnings of £50,000+.
