An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land and New Homes Director to join a most influential residential Estate Agency.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of their Land and New Homes Division.

The ideal candidate will have a mixed skillset of both Land and New Homes and Estate Agency experience.

Basic salary £36,000 plus commission with a share in the percentage of new builds and on land deals with £70,000 to £80,000 on target earnings and totally uncapped plus profit share.

There already exists an extensive client list of 100 clients with 350+ new builds about to come to the market.

The successful candidate will have the ability to grow and develop existing client relationships with the Land and New Homes business, as well as the ability to win new business for the company and aid the growth of the division.

You will have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing, enabling you to communicate with developers and the Estate Agency network on all levels. The role will suit individuals who are target-driven, self-motivated and who have experience in managing their own sales teams.

  • To retain clients for residential sales within the network.
  • Promote Land and New Homes within the Estate Agency network.
  • Generating income and hitting targets both personally and regionally.
  • Be able to think on their feet and react quickly to a changing situation.
  • React to new client / development leads passed on by the Estate Agency network.
  • A key part of this role is growing and developing the team’s relationship with the Estate Agency network.
  • Ensure best marketing of our new build properties to maximise efficient sales.
  • Regular communication with house builder clients to ensure they are fully briefed on marketing sales and general progress.

Duties will include overseeing new developments, ensuring that sales prices are maximised, sales rates maintained and, where possible, improved upon and ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have extensive team management experience, be able to motivate and develop the existing sales team, ensure the team’s sales objectives are met.
