Basic salary to £32,000.
Working from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and you must be prepared to work 1 Saturday per month where a day off the following week will be provided.
You should be working within Residential Property Management.
Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance based issues on a particular portfolio of fully managed properties.
Would consider non car driver.

Managing maintenance issues reporting back to both the landlord and tenant.
Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion.
Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary.
Authorise invoices and utility bills.
Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence.
Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns.
Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able.
Referral of sales leads.
A problem solver and someone who can diagnose basic repairs so as not to waste time.
Excellent telephone manner.
Good listening and communication skills.
Ability to problem solve and diffuse situations.
Professional approach to customer service.
Strong time management skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Teams.
