The Package:
- Potential for Hybrid working pattern between the office and your home
- Basic salary between £35,000 – £40,000
- OTE of £80,000 – £100,000+
- Up to 30% commission on banked business (tiered structure)

Working Hours:
- 8.45am - 5.30pm

You will be working with a directly authorised, fast-growing mortgage firm that’s building a reputation for excellence, integrity, and results. You’ll be working with warm leads, engaging with clients both over the phone and face-to-face to help them secure the right mortgage and protection solutions. Supported by a dedicated admin team, you’ll be free to focus on what you do best - giving expert advice, building relationships, and closing deals!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a full range of mortgage and protection products
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage your pipeline from enquiry to completion with admin support
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and insurers
- Stay current with market regulations and product changes
The Successful Candidate:
- Minimum 12 months as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations
- Confident communicator with a passion for customer service
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently but loves being part of a team
